This huge end terraced house was bought in May 2016, it has since then been fully refurbished and turned in to an HMO with six double bedrooms. It is located in Wigan, between Manchester and Liverpool in a very good area and has easily been rented out to young professionals.

Refinance was completed just before the end of 2016 and most of our initial investment was pulled out.
